In the following screens you'll be given 8 sample questions that a customer might send you as a WordPress support hero.
The exercise is designed for you to showcase your ability to understand and respond to the customer in a clear, concise and helpful way.
Here are some important points to understand about the assessment:-
- There are no right or wrong answers
- It's okay if you aren't yet technical enough to provide the solution. Just do the best job you can (there will be a full training program on the job).
- The assessment shouldn't take you longer than 20 minutes to complete.
When looking at your submission, here's what we will be paying close attention to:-
- Your communication skills
- Are you polite?
- Are you writing with clarity?
- Are you using correct spelling and grammar?
- Have you understood what the customer is asking?
- Have you clearly addressed the key points?
Just to reiterate: don't worry too much if you don't have the required WordPress knowledge to accurately answer the customer. At this stage, we're mainly focused on assessing your comprehension and communication.
