Overview
LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides WordPress technical support for vendors, agencies and website owners. We have been servicing a number of WordPress companies for over 6 years now, and have a rapidly growing team of skilled and passionate WordPress professionals. We are looking to hire a team of Data Entry Specialists for a Fixed Term six (6) month contract.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for manual data entry, taking data from one system to entering it into another in the correct format
You will be responsible for identifying errors in the existing data and following the necessary escalation process where applicable
You will be responsible for maintaining an average handle time of 5 minutes per entry
Skills & Experience
3+ years of data entry experience
Ability to accurately enter data with minimal errors
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Zendesk (nice to have)
WPM 70 - 90
Attitude

Has a proactive and can-do approach to work.
Is passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement.
Additional Information
This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week.
It is essential that you have a reliable internet connection as any downtime will significantly impact performance.
The exact work schedule depends on the client that you are assigned to, but is often an afternoon or night schedule and so having flexibility when it comes to schedule is important.

This is a 6 month contract with the potential to be extended in 6 month increments
