Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with 1-2 years of experience to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat to answer questions, guide them through self-service processes, and facilitate their purchasing decisions. You will work closely with our client’s sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to transaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have a strong understanding of website hosting services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Handle inbound chat inquiries from potential customers, providing prompt and accurate information about our hosting solutions, pricing, and services.
Guide customers through our self-service tools on the website, ensuring they can successfully complete transactions, such as purchasing hosting plans and upgrading services.
Address customer issues and concerns, directing them to self-service resources or escalating to support/sales teams when necessary.
Work closely with other team members to share insights, optimize workflows, and improve the overall customer experience.
Sales & Conversions
Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate hosting solutions, upsell additional features, and suggest value-added services to increase sales.
Maintain a record of interactions and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to nurture leads into conversions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets through effective customer engagement and service.
Qualifications
1-2 years of inside sales or customer support experience, preferably in a web hosting, SaaS, or any tech industry.
Technical Proficiencies
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of web hosting, domain registration, DNS management, and website setup processes.
Knowledge of website builders is preferred.
Comfortable using CRM software and chat platforms.
Soft Skills
Strong English Communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proven sales skills with a customer-first approach.
Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Haves
Experience with chat-based customer service is a plus.
40 - 60 WPM
Schedule
Full-time, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week).
Monday to Friday, 10pm - 7am (Philippines Standard Time)
What we Offer
Salary Range: PHP 30,000 to 35,000 per month
