Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat to answer questions, guide them through self-service processes, and facilitate their purchasing decisions. You will work closely with our client’s sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to transaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have a strong understanding of website hosting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support

    • Handle inbound chat inquiries from potential customers, providing prompt and accurate information about our hosting solutions, pricing, and services.

    • Guide customers through our self-service tools on the website, ensuring they can successfully complete transactions, such as purchasing hosting plans and upgrading services.

    • Address customer issues and concerns, directing them to self-service resources or escalating to support/sales teams when necessary.

    • Work closely with other team members to share insights, optimize workflows, and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Sales & Conversions

    • Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate hosting solutions, upsell additional features, and suggest value-added services to increase sales.

    • Maintain a record of interactions and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to nurture leads into conversions.

    • Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets through effective customer engagement and service.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of inside sales or customer support experience, preferably in a web hosting, SaaS, or any tech industry.

  • Technical Proficiencies

    • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of web hosting, domain registration, DNS management, and website setup processes. 

    • Knowledge of website builders is preferred.

    • Comfortable using CRM software and chat platforms.

  • Soft Skills

    • Strong English Communication skills (verbal and written).

    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    • Proven sales skills with a customer-first approach.

    • Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously.

    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.

    • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Nice to Haves

    • Experience with chat-based customer service is a plus.

    • 40 - 60 WPM

Schedule

  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week).

  • Monday to Friday, 10pm - 7am (Philippines Standard Time)
