How we build offshore teams for long-term success
The LevelUp Process is our five-stage approach to building offshore teams for long-term success. We start by understanding your business, carefully assessing every candidate, and continue supporting you after your new hire joins your team.

First, we understand your business
Every hiring decision starts with a discovery call. We work through the role, your priorities, how your team works, and what success looks like so we know exactly who we’re looking for before recruitment begins.
What we cover
Business context
- Your business stage and goals
- The role you’re hiring for
- Success measures for the role
Hiring priorities
- Your non-negotiables
- Where you can be flexible
- Lessons from previous hires
Team and ways of working
- Communication preferences
- Time zone overlap
- Team culture
- Reporting lines
Onboarding readiness
- Existing documentation
- SOPs and onboarding materials
- Areas where additional support may be needed
What you get / Outcome
A clear, agreed brief that guides every stage of sourcing, screening, and candidate selection.
Explore

Then we build the candidate pool
With a clear hiring brief in place, we advertise your role across multiple sourcing channels and actively search for candidates who match your requirements.
Average: 214 applications per role
Where we source
Active sourcing
What you get / Outcome
A broad candidate pool that gives us more opportunity to find the right fit.
Engage

This is where we decide who earns a place on your shortlist.
Building a large candidate pool is only the beginning.
Average: 14 out of every 100 candidates interviewed are endorsed to clients.
How candidates are assessed
Stage 1
Initial screening (20 minutes)
We verify experience, test communication skills, and check for consistency. We ask follow-up questions from different angles to understand if candidates genuinely know what they’re talking about.
Stage 2
Deeper screening (30-60 minutes)
Candidates who move forward complete a deeper interview covering their experience, problem solving, and how they work. Every candidate is assessed using the same structured interview framework.
We also assess for our core values:
What you’ll receive

Every shortlisted candidate includes:
- An anonymised CV
- A recruiter summary explaining why they were endorsed
- Technical assessment results where applicable
Shortlist overview
Every shortlist includes a summary of your recruitment pipeline. These are the averages from 2026.

Outcome
Candidates who have been assessed on values, consistency, non-negotiable requirements, and (where relevant) technical ability. A 13.7% endorsement rate means over 86% of candidates are filtered out before you see them.
Employ

Once you’ve chosen your hire, we prepare everyone for day one.
We complete the employment checks, coordinate the handover between our Sales and Operations teams, and onboard your new team member before they start.
Before your hire starts
- Employment verification
- Background checks
- Police clearance
- Internal handover from Sales to Operations
Onboarding
Your new team member completes LevelUp onboarding covering:
- Core Values
- Communication protocols
- Employee expectations
Transparent employment
Your hire joins through our Employer of Record structure.
You’ll receive a clear breakdown of:
Salary
Government-mandated benefits
LevelUp management fee
Outcome
A fully verified, legally employed team member with structured onboarding, values reinforced from day one, and complete visibility into pricing.
Elevate

We stay present, and we listen to both sides.
During the first few weeks, we stay connected with both you and your new team member to identify questions, resolve issues early, and help build a strong working relationship from day one.
During the first 30 days…
We check in separately with you and your team member every week.
This gives both sides a chance to raise questions, share feedback, and flag issues early.
If something goes wrong…
Our Zero-Wait Notification Policy keeps you informed if we’re investigating a critical issue, including unexpected absences, internet or power outages, or other events that may affect your team member’s work.
Ongoing support
After the first 30 days, we continue supporting your team through regular account management, including:
Monthly Support Reports
Quarterly Reviews
Annual performance and salary reviews
Voice of Client feedback
Operational support

If we identify gaps during our check-ins, we can help with:
- SOP documentation
- Onboarding improvements
- Task management systems
- Reporting processes
- Basic automation setups
If a replacement is needed
For resignations, the Philippines requires a 30-day notice period. We use that time to support knowledge transfer while recruitment for the replacement is already underway.
For terminations, we treat the role as a critical vacancy and accelerate sourcing to help you fill it as quickly as possible.
Outcome
Ongoing support, regular communication, and a structured process designed to help your offshore team succeed over the long term.
Built for long-term partnerships
Every stage of the LevelUp Process is designed to reduce hiring risk before a candidate reaches the team.
We start by understanding your business, carefully screen every candidate, prepare your new hire for day one, and continue supporting both sides after placement.
By the time you meet a LevelUp candidate, they’ve already been through a structured recruitment process designed to help you hire with confidence.
