With LevelUp, your earnings keep paying out month after month, aligned with the value you helped bring in.

Whether it’s one seat or a multi‑seat hire, your reward scales with the size and success of the referral.

If the client you referred adds more seats within their first 3 months, you’ll earn an additional 2.5% on those new seats, on top of your ongoing 7.5% for the original seats.

More seats added early means even more recurring earnings, just for helping us grow faster.

Referring a client who hires just one team member could earn you around $1,000 over 24 months.

If they hire more seats, your earnings grow month after month, with no cap.

When do I get paid?

Who qualifies as a valid referral?

A valid referral is a business that:

We’re not already in contact with
Signs a contract with LevelUp as a direct result of your introduction
Isn’t owned or operated by you (or your employer)

How will I receive payment?

You’ll receive payment via a bank transfer. We will collect your details during the referral process.

Can friends, clients, or partners join?

Yes absolutely. As long as you’re not referring your own business or a company you work for directly, you’re good to go.

Do I get an additional bonus for seats added later?

Bonuses are based on the initial contract only (unless stated otherwise).
