We'll add your site to our tools as soon as you provide us access credentials after sign up. This initial setup stage should take 12 hours or less. You can also raise any ticket requests immediately after signing up.
You can send us an email or raise a ticket in our helpdesk and our team will get back to you within 15 minutes.
You can submit as many tickets as you like. We only consider the time spent on each plan per month.
Log into your account and cancel the subscription from within the "Orders" section of the dashboard.
We understand that it's really important that problems are resolved quickly. That's why we have a 15 minutes response time guarantee.
Just to clarify: this response time doesn't necessarily mean that we will be able to resolve your issue within 15 minutes. It means that our team will reply to acknowledge the issue that you're having and explain the next steps that we're going to take.
If the issue is deemed to be an emergency then of course we'll fast track the issue and make sure that it's looked at straight away.
If, for example, you have a non urgent content update then that may take a bit longer before we get the issue resolved.
The 15 minute response time guarantees that you won't be in an emergency situation and not be able to get help quickly.
Each support plan comes with a certain amount of support included as part of the plan. Here are some things to note about this:-
- We won't clock watch. Let's say our team has been working on your site for 3 hours instead of 2 because we're wrestling with a particularly tricky issue. It's not our policy to just stop working on the site because we've gone beyond the time allocation. We'll always endeavor to solve problems within reason.
- We understand that emergencies happen. If we barely do any support for your site for 4 months and then all of a sudden we have to spend more than your time allocation in the 5th month due to a new issue that appears, then we'll note that this is likely a one off emergency and won't necessarily ask you to upgrade to the next plan. We know that support fluctuates from time to time.
- We won't hold your site hostage. Let's say we're wrestling with a difficult issue on your site that's taking much longer than expected to resolve. We realize that the issue is deeper and more complex than expected and that it's going to take a substantial amount of time to resolve. We won't leave your site broken. We'll endeavor to get it back up and running before reaching out to you to discuss next steps.
- Transparent billing. If it's clear that your site requires more maintenance each month than your plan allows, we'll reach out to you first to suggest an upgrade so that you can decide whether you'd like to upgrade or not.
Each plan is for one WordPress installation. If you have multiple WP installations on separate subdomains, for example, then you'd need 2 separate plans to support both sites.
Our unlimited plan comes with unlimited support time per month but a fair usage policy applies to protect the integrity of our service.
Unlimited support time per month means that there isn't an upper limit for the amount of time that we spend on the site that's being looked after. This is useful because there are occasions where more time than normal is needed to sort an issue out and, as a site owner, having the unlimited plan means that we'll spend the time necessary to solve your issues without you needing to be concerned about how long it takes. It gives you that peace of mind.
There are rare occasions where a site is so high maintenance and time consuming that we can't reasonably spend the time that's needed to keep everything running smoothly and maintain the high level of service for all other sites in our portfolio. If this happens we'll reach out to you with some options for how to proceed.
