Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BPO Team Manager to lead our Order Processing team on a project basis (initial 3-month contract with rolling monthly extensions up to 12 months). In this full-time role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, optimizing our order fulfillment processes, and leading a team of dedicated order processing agents.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate a team of 3 - 20 order processing agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.

  • Monitor team performance across order processing KPIs using them to guide team improvements and individual coaching.

  • Ensure that team objectives, management expectations, and core processes are clearly communicated to the team and followed by all.

Order Processing Management

  • Oversee the entire order processing cycle ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for order processing, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to scope volume of work and propose increasing team member counts with a justified business case.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across departments, including sales, logistics, and customer service. 

  • Ensure effective communication and alignment to facilitate smooth operations.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Create and maintain documentation for all process workflows.

  • Create executive level dashboards and reports that show hourly, daily, weekly and monthly performance across all process KPIs.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements focusing on people, process and, to a limited extent, tools & technology. 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong BPO team management experience (3 - 5 years).

  • Strong sales operations and order processing experience (3 - 5 years).

  • Proven ability to manage a team of 3 to 20 people.

  • Experience working on highly complex processes that require multiple hand-offs between different teams and departments.

  • In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end sales process from opportunity negotiation to order activation and billing, including key concepts such as discounting, terms override, and approvals.

  • Salesforce Sales Process Experience.

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills combined with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Flexible to work some weekend overtime when required.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with complex subscription software.

  • Business process optimization experience, especially using the Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Additional Information

  • Open to Philippine residents only.

  • PHP 60 - 70K salary per month.

  • Full-time position with working hours from 10pm to 7am (Philippines Standard Time), Monday - Friday.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, an understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, and experience in BPO services. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, retention, and brand awareness and you will be part of the leadership team of the company, reporting directly to the CEO and co-founder of the company.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our BPO services to WordPress-related companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
  • Go to industry events and network with key industry contracts both online and in person.  Identify strategic partnerships and represent the brand at public speaking opportunities.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and nurture potential clients through the sales funnel.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, blog posts, sales pages and videos.
  • Manage the company's website and ensure it is optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for marketing projects.

  • Lead, manage and take accountability for the marketing division of the company.
Success Profile
  • Strategic Planning -  Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.  Competence in market analysis, identifying target audiences, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing -  Experience in developing and executing lead generation campaigns.  Skill in nurturing leads through the sales funnel with targeted marketing efforts.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.  Experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Content Creation and Management -  Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging and persuasive marketing materials.  Ability to oversee content strategy, including blogs, sales pages, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  • Analytical Skills -  Ability to analyze marketing metrics and performance data to inform decisions.  Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Brand Management -  Ability to build and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.  Experience in creating and managing brand guidelines and ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills -  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Project Management - Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-Centric Approach- Understanding of customer needs and pain points specific to the BPO industry.  Ability to tailor marketing strategies to address these needs effectively.
  • Technology Proficiency- Familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as HubSpot, Google docs, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Adaptability and Creativity - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.  Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns and solutions.
  • Team Collaboration- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development.  Ability to collaborate with external agencies and vendors for specialized marketing projects.
  • Industry Knowledge -  Deep understanding of the BPO industry, including its challenges, opportunities, and key players.  Awareness of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the BPO or technology sector.
  • Understanding of WordPress and its ecosystem (nice to have but not essential - can be learned in the role)

As a Level 1 Hosting Technical Support Agent you will be providing support to web hosting customers via live chat & ticket-based support. In many cases you will be the customer’s first point of contact with the company and will be responsible for not only solving their problems but making them feel supported and advocated for.

  • Experienced in building and managing WooCommerce websites, including customizing WooCommerce templates.

  • Capable of setting up WordPress local environments, staging sites, and site migration.

  • Familiarity with WordPress security best practices, protocols, and permissions.

  • Ability to create custom WordPress plugins and themes from scratch (nice to have).

Other Technical Experience
  • Familiarity with common web hosting stacks, such as cPanel, NGINX, Apache, MySQL, etc.

You will be accountable for ensuring the team meets its objective of providing world-class technical support to web hosting customers via live chat and email. Your team will be the first point of contact for customers interacting with support and will be responsible for solving their problems and making sure they feel advocated for throughout the support journey.

You will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that all team members are effective, engaged, and motivated to meet and exceed their performance metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 20 to 30 Level 1 Hosting Technical Support Agents in their daily operations handling live-chat and email support.
  • Track KPIs such as CSAT, Average Handle Time, First Contact Resolution, and Chat Acceptance Rate, using them to guide team improvements and individual coaching.
  • Ensure that team objectives, management expectations, and core processes are clearly communicated to the team and followed by all.

You must be comfortable with all aspects of digital advertising, including account setup, ad creation and optimization, content network management, keyword development (including negative keywords and match types), quality score analysis, and analytics.
